Southern Crown Catering is a Namibian catering service provider. We have been operational since 2005 previously under the entity “ Delila’s Deli-Café CC. “ The business has grown to include catering for:

• Meals to Industries & Factories
• Meals / Platters for offices & Private Functions
• Frozen food brand “Delila's Quality Frozen Meals”

We ensure that our catering is managed properly by top management and competent staff to ensure that everything is done at the required standard. We interact with our clients on a regular basis to ensure that the food is to their liking.

Methodology ensuring high quality in nutrition, choice and presentation:

We buy ingredients on a daily basis as frequently as possible to ensure quality and freshness. These ingredients are inspected to assure that it adhere to our quality standards. Food is prepared in the healthiest way possible.

Buying the best quality and healthy products results in the ability to prepare quality meals. We offer balanced meals with emphasis on healthy food. No short cuts are taken in the preparation of the food to expedite the process. We cater for Halal, diabetics, vegetarian and any other special dietary requirement.

Undertaking and delivery of services including management and supervision:

We follow a just-in-time approach to food preparation, so that meals are prepared as close to deadline possible to ensure superior quality, freshness and taste. We prepare food in the right quantities to minimize waste and to maintain high levels of efficiency.

All meals are prepared with extreme care to minimize mistakes and our operations are supervised by quality control personnel who ensure food quality and consistency. All meals must pass a taste test before leaving the kitchen.
